The GLS85LS1016P / 1032P Industrial Grade SATA  NANDrive™ devices (referred to as “SATA NANDrive”  in this factsheet) are fully integrated solid state drives.  They combine an advanced Greenliant NAND  controller and 16 or 32 GByte of NAND flash in a  multi-chip package. These products are ideal for  embedded and portable applications that require  smaller form-factor and more reliable data storage.
