BRI系列热保护器，广泛应用于工业、家用电器电机及电气设备，*过流、过热而产生的非正常工作提供*的*保护。加强型外壳适用于塑封电机内置式安装，可承受3.5Mpa的塑料成型工艺压力。产品性能*合IEC34-11、GB13232、GB/T13002等标准。
BRI series common & enhanced thermal protectors are widely used in electric motors of industrial, household appliance & other electric equipment. The BRI series can effectively and reliably guard against the damage caused by overflow and overheat. The shell of enhanced t*e is applicable to the internally installed plastic sealed motors and is capable of tolerating the 3.5Mpa technical pressure for plastic molding. The performance complies with the standards of IEC34-11, GB13232 and GB/T13002 etc.
结构及保护原理(Configuration & principles)
BRI型热保护器是由导热金属外壳、焊有银合金触点的双金属元件、导电支架、*缘固定座、静触片及耐热导线等元件组成。电流通过有阻*的双金属元件，遇非正常工作时，随电流*或周围温度升高至设定温度值时，双金属元件*动作，打开触点，切断电路。当装置冷却到*工作温度时，触点自动闭合，恢复正常工作状态。
BRI series thermal protector is composed by heat conductive metal shell, bimetal component welded silver alloy contact, current conductive frame, insulated fixing seat, static contact pad and heat resistant wires etc. When the current goes through the bimetal component with impedance, if the current increases or the environment temperature rises and the temperature reaches the preset value, the bimetal component will work and release the contact to shut off the circuit; and by contrast, if the device cools down to the safe temperature, the contact point will reset automatically.
