本测试装置是根据国标GB3048.2—2007的规定而研制成功的,是测定电线电缆金属导体电阻率性能的装置,其性能完全符合GB3048.2—2007技术要求,是集电子技术、微处理机、自动检测技术和新型样品夹持装置于一体的智能化高新技术产品，解决了传统检测中由于单臂双臂电桥而产生的操作繁琐，平衡费时，人工计算、工作效率低等问题，首次采用了先进的高精度的电流—电压降四端子测量法，消除了连接导线电阻和接触电阻所带来的误差，可以高精度地测定实心铜铝及其合金导体材料的体电阻率，质量电阻率以及单位长度电阻。    本测试装置为综合性测试系统，设计为测试台结构，主要由先进的多功能样品夹具，高精度数字电压表、宽量程高稳定直流恒定电流源，微处理机系统等部分组成，多功能样品夹具由特殊导电合金精密加工而成，接触良好，导电性能好，具有定位精度高等特点，适合用于从φ1mm—φ40mm宽范围导体的调节和夹持，高精度数字电压表灵敏度高、测量范围由0.1μV—2V,精度达0.05%，用240*128液晶屏显示。
