Vibration振动
|
After standard charging, fix the cell onto the vibration platform
to vibrate repeatedly for 30min with frequency of 10~55H and velocity change
of 1Hz/min from three directions X、Y、Z for 30min respectively in its scanning frequency velocity 10CT/min.
Vibrate frequency: 10~30Hz
displacement amplitude: 0.38mm
Vibrate frequency: 30~55Hz
displacement amplitude: 0.19mm
标准充电后，将电池安装在振动台上，在X、Y、Z三个垂直方向进行实验，振动频率在10~55Hz间以1Hz/min的速度变化，往复振动30min。

Drop自由跌落
|
After standard charging, each cell will be dropped freely
three times in random directions from the height of 1.0m which is lowest height
onto a 30mm thick hard board. 标准充电后，将电池由高度（点高度为1m）的位置自由跌落到30mm厚的硬木板上，每只电池以任意方向跌落3次。

1）Standard标准充电；
2）Rest battery for 4 hours at 75±2℃ then rest 2 hours at 20±2℃ after temperature dropping within 30mi and rest 4
hours at-20±2℃ after
temperature dropping within 30min, Rest battery for 2hous at 20±2℃after temperature increasing within 30min, repeat
above steps for 4 times.将电池放在75±2℃下搁置4h，然后在30min内将温度降至20±2℃并恒温2h，再在30min内将温度降至-20±2℃并恒温4h，最后在30m内将温度升至20±2℃并恒温2h，连续4次重复以上步骤
