AH1883微功率全极化霍尔效应开关IC是专门为便携式和电池供电的设备设计的，如手机、无绳电话、摄像机、PDA和便携式PC。在整个工作范围内可靠的解决方案。为了支持便携式和电池供电的设备，该设计经过优化，从1.65V工作到3.3V，并且消耗了13uW，典型的电源为1.8V。为了化PCB空间，AH1883采用了推挽输出结构，因此不需要外部上拉电阻，并且是封装的。在小的低轮廓SOT553和DFN2020—3封装中，无论是足够强度的北极还是南极，都会使输出变为ON。当磁通密度（B）大于操作（BOP）时，输出被接通。当B低于释放点（BRP）时，输出被关闭。当没有磁场时，输出将保持关闭。

Description

The AH1883 micropower Omnipolar Hall Effect switch IC is designed for portable and battery powered equipment such as cellular phones, cordless phones, camcorders, PDA’s, and portable PC’s. Based on two high sensitivity Hall Effect plates and chopper stabilized architecture, the AH1883 provides reliable solution over the whole operating range. To support portable and battery powered equipment the design has been optimized to operate from 1.65V to 3.3V and consumes 13uW typical with a supply of 1.8V. To minimize PCB space the AH1883 incudes a push-pull output structure, therefore does not require an external pull up resistor, and is packaged in small low profile SOT553 and DFN2020-3 packages Either North or South pole of sufficient strength will turn the output on. When the magnetic flux density (B) is larger than operate (Bop) the output is switched on. The output is turned off when B becomes lower than the release point (Brp). The output will remain off when there is no magnetic field.
