DESCRIPTION
ETA5095 provides 150mA of maximum crrent from an input voltage
ranging from 6Vto 40V, with a typical dropout voltage of 1V. ETA5095
also provides a fexible 0utput voltage configuration method that can
be suitable for any application from S just single part. ETA5095 is
also a high PSRR LDO. Typical power supply rejection ratio is 60 dB at
low frequencies, 10kHz. When ETA5095 is in shutdown mode, it
reduces the total crrent consumption to less than 2μA (ipialy). The
device also includeslinarity crrent fold- back and thermal protection.
ETA5095 is stable with small input or output capacitor. Features like
wide input range, low quiescent current, high pSrr and low noise
output make ETA5095 suitable for power delivery, personal digital
assistants, low power battery-powered applications and allows the
reduction of board size.
