*X鈮电解电容采用了*的OxiCap技术,使用Nbo铌氧化*缘体做为阳*。使用电压可以*额定电压80%。失效不明火,电性能稳定*、低*E(等效串联电阻)值。适用于移动通讯、计算机、各种消费电子、汽车电子等各种电子设备的表面贴装直流或脉动电路。

 

 *X公司推出的OxiCap *J系列电容器采用了*的OxiCap技术,使用Nbo铌氧化*缘体做为阳*。多层陶瓷电容(MLCC)中存在压电效应,在滤波时会产生多余的不受欢迎的噪音,而OxiCap则不存在压电效应,可以实现无噪声滤波。OxiCap电容不会出现任何干枯或耗尽的效果,而且单位体积的电容量比铝电解电容更高。OxiCap电容的容量、*R、泄漏电流等电参数*稳定,几乎没有衰减。OxiCap在很宽的温度范围内都可以保持参数的稳定性,因而可以用在车载音响设备、座舱等温度变化范围很大的设备上。
