Ｆuses for instrumcnt ,power and telephone (nonindicating)

1.適用範圍：本標準適用於保護儀器，各類電子電器元件，電源供應器和電話機用之玻管式熔斷保險絲。

1. AvailableRange:For protccting instrurucnts,all electron or electronal, power supplies andTelephone sets.

3．材料：

3.1玻管本體；透明玻璃管可清晰見到內部之熔線但不可破裂或變形。

3.1Gl* tube:Transparenr gl* in which the fuse is clear and perspectable.No breaking or deformation

is allowed

3.2兩端銅蓋：須以導電率良好之黃銅底材料。

3.2Two br* end caps Made of br* of good conductiviry。

3.3銅蓋處理：銅蓋部分鍍線標示*後若加“S”者，表示須鍍銀。

3.3Coating of br* caps plaring the surfacc with nickel If the indicarion is added with “s”,it needs to be plared with silver。

3.4銅蓋強度：銅蓋和玻管本體間的扭力*小720g-cm。

3.4Slrcngth of br* caps The minimum tortion between br* caps and gl* tube is 720g-cm。

4．操作環境

4.1工作溫度：-20℃to 70℃

4.1 Oparating Tamperature: -20℃to 70℃(consider de-rating)

4.2可焊性溫度:260℃≤3秒350℃≤1秒

4.2Weldability temperature:260℃≤3s 350℃≤1s

5.電氣特性：

5.Charctcristics of Electrical Appliancos

5.1負載容量：額定電流測100%，能繼續通電無任何熔化現象。

5.1Loading Capacity The Listed Electrical.(Included) add 100% for following,add it’s available to let current kurrcnt keep on flowing without any melding。

5.2溫度特性：進行上項測試1½小時，後繼續維持原加之電流，每隔十分鐘測試，連續測三次，溫度不得升高，若使用熱偶式測量方法（Tbermocouple mcthod）則本體溫升在70℃以下，若使用溫度計測量方法（Tbermocouple mcthod）則在50℃以下。

5.2Tcmpcraturc:proceed the prcceding test for 1½hours,keep testing it with the original current every 10 minutes.Continue to test it for 3 times.The temperature is not allowed to be higher The main temperalurc is below 70℃by way of Thermocouple Method while it keeps below  

   50℃by way of Thermometer Mcthod.。

5.3電阻測量：調整保險絲之額定電流值達10%時，在保險絲兩端使用高阻*電壓表測量降壓值，以電腦電阻值或電橋方式測量（額定電流2½安培（含）以上者，無須測量電阻值）。

5.3Resistance Measuring:Adjust the fuse upto 10% more than listed electrical current the 10%,we mcasure on two ends of the fuse with high voltage meter,and caculare the resistance value with elec-trical brige way.(If the listed currecct equal or more the 2½ Amp,it’s not necessary to measure the resistance value. )

5.4過載熔斷：当通过額定電流值達275%時應於10秒钟內熔斷，並於熔斷後繼續加壓於5分鐘，不得發生任何電擊現象。请参照下表。

5.4 Mclting duo to overloading:When overloading is more than275%of listed electrical current, it will be melted within10seconds,we should keep on adding voltage for 5 minutes,and can’t have any electric beating.Details as follows Table.

6.機械特性Mechanical properties:Terminal Connections & Lead Solderability

6.1拉力強度Terminal Strength:當施加軸向拉力   1.1磅於兩端導線（或套蓋）5  分鐘後無鬆動或損壞現象發生。

6.1Leads and/of caps are soldcred(adhcrcd) to withstand axial pulling force of1.1 pounds for5

6.2回轉強度Torsion strength:

  ①固定一端銅頭，另一端施加   720   g/cm的力左右搖動，銅頭不得鬆動發生任何本體的損壞

     After being subjecteed to   720   g/cm torsion to one cap while the other terminal fixed, no any damage or loo*ning resulted。

②一端導線彎折90度，本體以原軸旋轉360度（5秒），三次不同方向之旋轉後，導線或結合處不發生損壞。

   One lead bent through 90°，the body be clamped and rotated through 360° at a rate or 5 sec,about the orignal axis,Vophisical damage to leads or connections resulted after 3 successive-altemate ro-tations。

6.3彎折強度Bending Strength:導線經過兩次反方向之彎折後（彎折90度同折回原位謂之彎折）不發生損壞。
