本系列电光调制器产品包含12Gb/s(GHz), 20Gb/s(GHz), 40Gb/s(GHz)不同速率的产品，有光强度调制器及相位调制器。*损耗可低于2dB.
电光调制器简要特点如下：
• 工作波长 ~1550nm,或根据要求提供其他波长的产品，涵盖可见光波段的产品。
• 低*损耗Low-insertion-loss < 4 dB (standard);
(可选的低*损耗选项：lower loss option < 3 dB and < 2 dB)
• 高带宽。可达40GHz或更高的带宽的产品
• 低驱动电压。Drive Voltage <4.5V standard, (<3.5V option可选)
• 分离式的RF 电*和DC电*。Separate RF (data) and DC Bias electrode
• 可选的集成偏振控制及电光探测器。Option: Integrated Polarizer, Photodetector
• 同时可提供相位调制器。Phase modulator version also available, with
Vπ<5V (std.) and <3.0V (Opt.), no DC port
