7. *性及品质控制 / RELIABILITY AND QUALITY CONTROL
7.1 老化: 电源在35℃&plu*n;5℃ 和满载条件下老化 8 小时.
BURN-IN: The power supply shall under go a minimum of 8 hours Burn-In test under full load at 35℃&plu*n;5℃.
7.2 元件温度要求:半导体结温不允许*过其制造商要求的*大温度值.
COMPONENT DERATING: Semiconductor junction temperatures shall not exceed the manufacturer’s maximum thermal rating.
7.3 平均故障间隔时间: 在25℃条件下,电源供应器在规格限定内工作,其MTBF*少要 50,000 小时.
MTBF: When the power supply is operating within the limits of this specification the MTBF shall be at least 50,000 hours at 25℃ (MIL-STD-217F).
8. *缘介电强度(耐压)/ DIELE*RIC WITHSTANDING STRENGTH (HI-POT)
输入对输出端、输入对壳体之间施加3750V交流电压测试1分钟(漏电流≤5mA),无击穿或飞弧现象。(量产测试用3秒钟).
