BH-A1D系列温度开关，广泛用于1.5马力以下的各类马达电机、照明灯具、逆变电焊机、开关电源、电热器具等电器设备，*因过热过流而产生的非正常工作提供*的*保护、报警装置。加强型外壳适用于塑封电机内置式安装，可承受3.5MPa的塑料成型工艺压力。

BH-A1D series thermal protectors ,effective reliable security protector and alarm devices,are widely used in various t*es 1.5 horsepower motors, lighting device,inverter welding machine,switch power,electric appliances and other electric equipment to prevent from over-current & over-heating caused by abnormal work status. Enforced t*es that can withstand pressure of 3.5MPa are fit for build-in-installation of plastic coated motor.

原理及结构  Principle and structure

BH系列温度开关是一种温度自动回复装置。当电流通过有阻*的双金属元件，无需任何辅助机构，*靠双金属片自身感温和电流效应，使双金属片发生状态中的快速变化，从而断开电路或接通电路，*过流过热双重保护功能，解决了电流突然*时，温度感应滞后的问题，该产品内阻小，无噪声，密封牢固，具有比通常保护器，更**的特点。

BH series that can protecte against over-current and over-temperature are sealed firmly,*all internal resistance,no noise and reset automatically. When current through bimetal that are sensitive to temperature and current, the status of the bimetal will be changed by over-temperature or over-current to cut off circuit or switch on circuit. BH series are safer than normal protectors,as there is no temperature effect lag under condition of sudden big current.

临界脱扣电流与环境温度曲线（选择保护温度时间应同时考虑电流效应）。

Cure for critical trip current VS ambient temperature ( Please consider the current effect, when choosing the protection temperature).

温度规格  Temperature specifications

动作温度：(50~150)±5℃;每5℃一档；
Open temperature: (50~150)±5℃; 5℃ a step.
复位温度：为标准动作温度的2/3，公差为±15℃，或按客户要求
制作；
Reset temperature: 2/3 of the action temperature with
tolerance of ±15℃. Reset temperature can also be provided
according to customers' requirement.

注意事项  Notice

1.BH-A1D外壳是金属导电体，在使用时须配置有导热耐温的*缘套管；

BH-A1D must be equipped insulation sleeve, as its metal case is
conductor.

2.BH-B2D适用于塑封马达的外置式安装形式；

BH-B2D can fit for external installation of plastic coated motor.

3.温度开关在安装使用过程中不能承受强烈冲击力；

Do not striked when installation.
