简介Introduction

是一种对静电的敏感器件，能快速吸收静电，抑制到较低的*电压。当接口器件从外界引入静电时，只要该静电电压值*过静电抑制器对应的触发电压，静电抑制器便*对地放电，以保护后端电路及IC 的*。

It is one kind of *D sensitive appliance, it fast absorbs electrostatic, and suppresses it into relatively lower safety voltage. If interface introduces antistatic, and as long as antistatic voltage value is more than trigger voltage corresponding to *D suppresser, *D suppresser may rapidly discharge to the ground to protect for subsequent circuit and IC safety.

简介Introduction

压敏电阻器是氧化锌(ＺnＯ)材料通过*工艺研制而成，是一种瞬态电压保护元件，又称*吸收器。其叠层结构具*高的浪涌电流值，快速响应，吸收高浪涌电流的峰值外来电压，*对下级电路的器件进行保护，*因静电放电、浪涌及其它瞬态电流(如雷擎等)而造成对它们的损坏。

ezoresistive resistor is made of ZnO material under special workmanship, it is one kind of transient voltage protection component, also namely breakage absorber. Its superposition structure has extreme surge current value, prompt response, absorbs high surge voltage, and reach the object to protect for appliance for next stage of electric appliance, so as to prevent from any damage arising from *D, surge and other transient current (for example thunder shock).

简介Introduction

   自恢复保险丝是聚合物高分子通过*工艺制成，高分子粒子按*的规律排列，自恢复保险丝器件有低内阻，当电路中电流突然*时，器件将会在短时间内阻值升到高阻状态，高分子膨胀从而起到减少电流，一旦故障排除后，高分子将会恢复正常规则排序。

Self-restoring fuse is made of polymer macromolecule under special workmanship, macromolecular particle shall be arrayed under some rule, self-restoring fuse has lower interior resistor. If current in circuit suddenly rises, part interior resistor rises to high resistance within short time, macromolecular expansion then starts to lower resistance; in case of failure removal, macromolecule shall restore normal array.

应用Application

自恢复保险丝用于过流、温度和线路短路保护，如：计算机主板，IEEE1394通讯接口，U*，交换机及外图设备，电话设备，*仪器，数据交换机，调制解调器/以太网玩具，灯具等。
