BGD 185 智能斯托默粘度计

是用于测定油漆和其它用KU值标示涂料粘度的测试仪器。它是STM-IV型斯托默粘度计的改进产品，用液晶屏同时显示被测样品的KU值以及与KU值相关联的负荷值（单位：g）。

本仪器由微电脑控制。搅拌桨叶由特种恒转速马达带动以200r/min的速度转动，搅拌桨叶在被测样品中旋转受到的阻力矩由电脑转换以KU值（克雷布斯 Krebs）单位（KU）产生200 r/min转速所需的负荷的一种对数函数，一般用来标示用于刷涂和滚涂的粘度。本仪器对数据进行了计权运算和相关处理，自动删除偏离中心区域的数据，*了仪器测量重复性的指标。操作者*将搅拌桨叶浸入被测样品到规定的深度，即可从本仪器上直接读取改样品的KU值和与之相关联的负荷值。

    本仪器的设计依据为ASTM D 562 标准及GB 9269标准。

BGD 185 Stormer Viscometer is the newest instrument applicated to determine the viscosity of the paints and other coating materials that are expressed with KU ＆#118alues. It is a improved product of STM-IV Stormer Viscometer. The operator can directly read out the KU ＆#118alues and the *ociated gram ＆#118alue (gm) of the tested samples from the display at the same time.

This Stormer Viscometer is controlled by microcomputer. A paddle t*e spindle is driven at 200rpm by a constant speed motor. The reaction torque of the spindle ratating at 200rpm is converted to viscosity in Kreb Units. In order to increase the consistency of the testing results,the instrument is designed to delete the bias datas automatically . An operator immerse the spindle into the fluid. If the correct amount of fluid has been put into the container, the surface of the fluid will be at the immersion mark of the spindle. The operator can directly read out the KU ＆#118alues or the *ociated gram ＆#118alue (gm) of the tested samples from the display.
