RY为*化合物型过热保护元件,适用于各类电热电器作过热保护用.断开温度准确、感温灵敏。断电后不可恢复。

1、工作原理 Operating principle
RY-01为*化合物型温度保险丝，当保险丝的周围温度升到它的动作温度时，感温块熔
化，让出空间，弹簧得以释放推开星状簧片，使之与引脚触点脱离，从而断开电路，这样电路被
切断。
RY-01 is Pellet t*e thermal cutoff.When ambient temperature of the thermal
cutoff rises to its operating temperature,the pellet melts,spring expand,moving the
slide contact away from lead of still point,then,the electrical circuit is
permanently opened.

*化合物型温度保险丝的温度特性参数是一个测试指标，实际使用中与它的使用环境等方面
因数（如负载大小、感温位置、温度变化速率等）密切相关。用户应根据本司提*品样品或者
说明书中提供的温度特性参数和电气性能参数，在实体上通过模拟试验来正确选择使用。

2.1当电器产品出现异常情况，其环境温度上升至额定动作温度Tf时,温度保险丝会自动动作断开
电路。为此，恰当地选择温度保险丝的动作温度Tf是*先*须考虑的。Tf过低会使温度保险丝提
前动作或缩短使用寿命，Tf过高则达不到预期的保护效果。
When the electric appliance does't work normally,at the same time ambient
temperature rise to thermal cutoff(Tf),thermal cutoff will cut off electric circuit
immediately.Therefore,choose right thermal cutoff functioning temp.(Tf)
temp(Tc).must consider when designing.
2.2 温度保险丝不适用于液体介质和有毒性、危险性气体介质中。需要使用清洗剂对容器进行清
洗时也应注意温度保险丝的适用性。
The thermal cutoff is not suitable for the liquid medium and virse,dangerous
gas medium.When you are cleaning the appliance with cleaning agent shall give your
attention to thermal cutoff serviceability.
