本机专门测试插头引出线及电线之耐折强度。
测试时将试料固定在夹具上并加*荷重，试验时夹具左右摆动，经*次数后，检视其断线率；或至无法通电时，查看其总计摆动次数。

This tester is specialized in testing the flexing endurance between power cord and blades,and is capable of testing the flexibility resistance of the cord itself.
Samples are to be secured in the jaws of the flexing apparatus, and cord is to hang vertically
with the weight tied on the lower end of it.
The rotating jaws are to be adjusted to rotate to an angle of 90 to each side of the centered position.
After a certain cycles is reached or until specimen broken,
then detect the breakage ratio or calculate the total circles.
This machine is able to auto-count and auto-s* during specimen broken.
