*章：南京、苏州点胶机，您不能不知道的点胶前期工作：

点胶过程是一个*为繁复、严谨的过程，整个过程中的一个小小环节都有可能影响到整个点胶质量。所以点胶前期的准备过程*须是充分的。
 
   *先要准备的是相关产品工艺文件，其次就是根据产品工艺文件的贴装明细表领料（PCB、元器件）并进行核对。对已经开启包装的PCB，根据开封时间的长短及是否受潮或污染等具体情况，进行清洗和烘烤处理。需要注意的是对于有*潮要求的器件，检查是否受潮，对受潮器件进行去潮处理。
   那么如何判定是否需要进行去潮处理呢？一般来说，我们会开封后检查包装内附的湿度显示卡，当指示湿度＞20％（在23℃±5℃时读取）,说明器件已经受潮，这时就有*要在贴装前对器件进行去潮处理了。去潮的方法也比较简单，只要利用电热鼓风干燥箱就可以轻松完成。不过干燥的时间较长，一般以12至20小时为佳。烘烤温度应该维持在125摄氏度左右。
    在贴装前准完成之后，点胶准备工作就剩下校对检查并备份贴片程序了。参照工艺文件中的元器件明细表，仔细对整个程序再次进行校对。校对内容包括每一步的元件名称、位号、型号规格等。对于文件明细有差别的部分进行整改。之后再要对其进行校正检验。
   接着是元器件的校正工作，一般我们利用主摄像头对每一步元器件的X、Y坐标进行校对。看是否与PCB上的元件中心一致。在贴装机上用主摄像头校对每一步元器件的是否与，对照工艺文件中元件位置示意图检查转角T是否正确，对不正确处进行修正。（如果不执行本步骤，可在*件贴装后按照实际贴装偏差进行修正），*后还要将*正确的产品程序拷贝到备份软盘中保存。校对检查*正确后才能进行生产。
