Lps331ap是一款将压力传感器和模数转换器集成于一体的数字气压测量模块。该模块小体积(3*3*1mm)，数字输出更有利于产品设计。比传统的mV输出的模拟气压传感器在产品设计中减少了系统放大电路的处理，从而节约了产品成本和占有空间。并且该模块输出的数字信号通过I2C/SPI接口直接与微处理器通信。产品出厂前已经过校准，使用中无需再进行校准。 Lps331ap是一款同时测量气压和温度的传感器，在设计中根据气压、温度及高度的换算公式，通过软件处理也可用来做高度测量。产品小体积，低功耗、高分辨率、*得特点，使得其在各个领域中得到了广泛应用;

The sensing element consists of a suspended

membrane realized inside a single mono-silicon

substrate. It is capable to detecting pressure and

is manufactured using a dedicated process

developed by ST, called VENSENS.

The VENSENS process allows to build a mono-

silicon membrane above an air cavity with

controlled gap and defined pressure.

The membrane is very *all compared to the

traditionally built silicon micromachined

membranes. Membrane breakage is prevented by

intrinsic mechanical s*pers.

The IC interface is manufactured using a standard

CMOS process that allows a high level of

integration to design a dedicated circuit which is

trimmed to better match the sensing element

characteristics.
