二：*功能 (Feature)：
   1、*负电压检测功能，*电池充好而不过充；
   Accurate minus delta voltage (-DV ), DV/DT controlling, ensure fully charging but not over charging.
   2、温度保护功能，含整机过温保护和电池温度保护（对电池包内有温敏电阻的起作用）；
