The AX6644/5 is a highaccurately, low noise, highripple rejectionratio, lowdropout,dual CMOS LDO voltage regulatorswith enablefunction. TheEN function allows the output of eachregulator to beturned offindependently, resulting in greatlyreducedpowerconsumption.

   The AX6644/5 has the soft startfunctiontosuppress the inrush current. The current limit is over250mAperchannel and also operates as a short protection fortheoutputcurrent limiter. The output voltage for each regulatorissetindependently by internal setting.

   The AX6644/5 is fully compatible withlowESRceramic capacitors, reducing cost and improvingoutputstability.This high level output stability is maintainedevenduring frequentload fluctuations, due to the excellenttransientresponseperformance and high PSRR achieved across a broadrangeoffrequency. It is available in the TSOT23-6LandTDFN-6Lpackages.
