TPS563201 可在脉冲跳跃模式下运行，从而能在轻载运行期间保持高效率。TPS563201 采用 6 引脚 1.6mm × 2.9mm SOT (DDC) 封装，额定结温范围为 –40°C 至 125°C。

Tps563201 is a simple and easy-to-use 3A synchronous buck converter with small size transistor (SOT) - 23 

package.The devices are optimized to minimize the number of external components required for operation 

and to achieve low standby current.

These SMPS devices are controlled by d-cap2 mode, which can provide fast transient response and support 

low equivalent series resistance (ESR) output capacitors such as polymer and ultra-low ESR ceramic 

capacitors without external compensation components.

The tps563201 operates in pulse skip mode to maintain high efficiency during light load operation. 

Tps563201 adopts 6-pin 1.6mm × 2.9mm sot (DDC) package with rated junction temperature range 

of – 40 ℃ ° C to 125 ° C。
