AX3020/3021/3022系列为一颗脉波宽度调变输出1.5安培的异步直流降压转换器，输入电压范围可由4.0伏特到*高24伏特，输出电压可以依需要调整可以至0.75伏特，*适合于数字相框，数字机上盒，网络系统…等装置的电压转换。

AX3020/3021/3022系列应用上可提供高转换效能及稳定的工作电压，其内部具有短路保护(SCP),过电流保护(Current-limit Protection)及过温度保护(Thermal Shutdown Protection)功能，切换频率固定为200KHz。

AX3020/3021采用标准的SOP-8L和AX3022采用小型的SOT89-5L无铅封装与*少的外部组件可大幅缩小印刷电路板的面积，具有散热片可以将热导至印刷电路板上，大幅降低组件表面温度以*合客户需求。

GENERAL D*CRIPTION
    The AX3020 series are monolithic IC designed for a step-down DC/DC converter, and own the ability of driving a 1.5A load without additional transistor. It saves board space. The external shutdown function can be controlled by logic level and then come into standby mode. The internal compensation makes feedback control having good line and load regulation without external design. Regarding protected function, thermal shutdown is to prevent over temperature operating from damage, and current limit is against over current operating of the output switch. If current limit function occurs and VFB is down below 0.5V, the switching frequency will be reduced.
    The AX3020 series operates at a switching frequency of 200KHz thus allow *aller sized filter components than what would be needed with lower frequency switching regulators. Other features include a guaranteed 3% tolerances on output voltage under specified input voltage and output load conditions, the chips are available in a standard 8-lead SOP package.
